Wall Street English , a world class company and a member of the Pearson global family, operates English Language learning is looking for Corporate Sales Manager position.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Acquisition of new clients and creation of a strong portfolio
  • Management of existing accounts with companies in your region
  • Becoming a key “learning business partner” for your clients
  • Meeting set corporate sales objectives devised by National Sales Manager / Corporate Sales Director in order to meet our growth target
  • Generation of new corporate leads through telemarketing and other marketing activities
  • Analysis of specific company needs in order to offer the best corporate learning solutions
  • Holding face-to-face consultations and delivering a convincing presentation of our product portfolio, usually in the client’s offices
  • Compiling individual made-to-measure written offers based on information gathered from your stakeholders
  • Rapidly building rapport and creating long-lasting relationships with your in-company stakeholders
  • Market observation and analysis to enable optimal results from market potential
  • Being the main contact person for your clients, you must ensure that all issues are dealt with and solved promptly
  • Focus on maintaining or upselling existing accounts according to set KPIs
  • Ensure that the WSE sales strategy is followed at all times in order to achieve consistency with other corporate accounts
  • Creating and providing timely and accurate reports on your activity and pipeline
  • Increase number of students and consequently Wall Street Institute’s market share
  • Ensure that student satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks

Key Tasks:

  • Delivering Corporate sales results and reaching set targets
  • Face-to-face sales appointments, usually in-company
  • Telephone contact of prospects and support of existing clients
  • Create synergies between corporates sales and service functions to ensure WSI provides premium service
  • Identification of key areas of improvement and strategies to increase corporate accounts and number of students
  • Assuring consistent levels of student and client satisfaction
  • Sales reporting and forecasting
  • Working closely with Marketing and Telemarketing on strategies to increase reach
  • Providing timely and accurate reports to superiors

Essential Skills:

  • Business-related University degree or commercial apprenticeship and corresponding work experience
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Ideally experience in consultative sales of Service products to companies
  • Independent working style and team player
  • Professional, authentic appearance, ability to negotiate and convince
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Flexible and able to travel across your region to visit clients
  • Good MS Office and writing skills to produce professional written offers
  • Comfortable delivering timely reports and knowledge of working with KPIs
  • Good written and spoken English
