Должностные обязанности
Introduce and sell products on the markets of Russia.
Sales support for customers network. Organization for seminars and exhibition. Market development for applications and new products. Contacts with designers, contractors and governmental departments for infrastructure:
1.Develop the business strategy for your territory which will ensure our continued growth within the overall market, that has to be approved by regional sales manager.
2.Make annual sales forecast in keeping with your business strategy for the assigned territory which meets the entity's goal for sales growth, that has to be approved by regional sales manager.
3.Produce an effective territory call plan for field customer visits direct and joint visits with Distribution and relevant customer contacts each week to support the business strategy.
4.Call on existing and prospective customers to discuss their actual or potential needs and present suitable proposals.
5.Carry and maintain an adequate and varied stock of product samples and literature.
6.Following up all sales leads from companies within the territory for both Direct and Distribution sales.
7.Ensure all aspects of key account management are covered such as: maximizing design opportunities, commercial negotiations, and coordinating logistics with the operations departments.
8.Submit a weekly call report to correspond with the call plan, identifying the actions or outcomes arising from each call.
9.Prepare and maintain customer price contracts. Obtain information on competitors products and pricing
10.Manage and maintain the CRM Project database
11.Submit a weekly expense report covering all expenses incurred during the previous week.
12.Write a monthly report providing a summary and analysis of the last month performance and previewing activity for the forthcoming month, to include industry trends, competitor activity, new developments, etc.
13.Analyse the Sales Leads database and all POS Data and use to generate new customer visits and secure new business.
14.Contribute to group meetings including meeting with Distribution to review progress on existing and potential business ensuring all necessary action is taken to close orders and increase sales.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, market relevant exhibitions
Active sales, Market analysis. Independent working style. Team leadership. High potential in travelling.

Professional education:
1.University of Infrastructure degree;
2. Civil Engineering University education;
3. Business Management Education University degree.
